Takealot rejecting a refund because of someone not doing their job.

this is what i bought takealot.com Re: Re: Your Takealot.com Return Request (MRRN-HJPN9-KEXJ) (BexTech Men Silver Jewelry Combo) (***) Inbox) and I was not happy with this product at R800.00 when I received this product I saw it will not last very long , I however sent back my parcel for a refund not knowing that I put the sticker that seals the package the wrong way round now they say the leather box is damage i asked them to make sure about this but to no avail they are now trying to send it back to me and I do not want it , i am very disappointed being a client of theirs for over 15years.
