Takealot rejected reviews after items were missing and failed to communicate with buyer.

There is no complaints section. I'm not trying to return a product, but trying to get them to deliver the remainder of a product that is incomplete in accordance with their description of items in it. I received a survival field kit without the survival items and only the first aid items. I write this in the review and its rejected. I received a cosplay set for Naruto and there is no ring in it even though the description of items states what's in it, but the ring was missing. This I stated in a review as well, and that review was rejected. This to me is not correct. If people don't know the truth, then products being sold on takealot and not being delivered accordingly is technically is false advertising is it not? So why reject the reviews and not email me or anything, and why reject it and not communicate with me, or even try to send the rest of the items? What does takealot have to hide?
