Takealot Regrets

The more I read up on users suffering with delivery issues from takealot the more I've learned that takealot is lying to consumers they sell pre-order items as readily available items, and also regularly ship wrong or counterfeit items!

I bought a locally manufactured electronics item clearly marked available but takealot didn't deliver on their scheduled delivery date, no explanation provided whatsoever and upon reaching out all I got was being ignored with the usual bull of investigating the cause of delivery failure and all that.

Having also just learned that takealot is owned by naspers the former parent company of multichoice dstv everything is starting to make more sense from the horrible experiences that dstv company dished out to paying customers treating them worse than dirt just for usiing & PAYING for it's products!!!
