Takealot refusing to split order! Crazy delivery date 20 days later

Purchased items and requested for in stock items to be shipped. They give it as an option under https://secure.takealot.com/help#delivery but when requested they refused and stated it cant be done! How can it not be done really? That is truly disappointing and this it not the first time they have silly issues although they clearly state it can be done. Why not charge me shipping then if you want I just want the dam items in stock. Ordered on the 20th april stated delivery date 9th om may really 20 days give or take?
