Takealot refusing to send me missing items

I've been ordering from takealot for some few years and been happy with everything that I got from them. I now ordered 10 pack of LED bulbs and received 5 only. I emailed them and what I got was "unfortunately's" I understand that to them it's nothing but to me it's a lot of money. I have explained many times that I have installed the 5 because I assumed they are just gonna send the remaining 5 but they are refusing. The fact that such a big company can't resolve something simple as sending the bulbs I did'nt receive is very disappointing. They are currently rejecting my reviews on their app.
