Takealot refusing to refund for no reason at all

I have had 3 HP printers delivered by Takealot, purchased in November 2020. Each of the 3 have been defective in some way, with the third one being delivered on 26 Jan 2021. When the third one turned out to ALSO be defective, I requested a refund. Takealot collected the printer and are now refusing to refund me because they say that the power cord was not in the box. I do not have the power cord ANYWHERE in my house, and advised them that I immediately packed all the items back in the box as I realised as soon as I tried to install the HP printer that it was defective. Now they are making excuses and refusing to refund me with no basis whatsoever. Be careful people, Takealot are quick to take your money, happy to provide you with as many defective items as you want (with ****y drivers making snarky comments about Christmas presents when they collect these defective items), but boy don't ever try exercising your right as a consumer and asking for a completely legal refund as the product was defective - for the THIRD time.
