Takealot refusing to refund for cancelled order

Placed an order for a microwave and subsequently cancelled it within minutes to buy a better microwave. The amount charged for the initial microwave has not been refunded despite multiple calls and emails and being told that the credit control dep is on it.

To say the service has been appalling or abhorrent would be an understatement. Deleting the app as soon as this issue is resolved even if it means I should go via the office of the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud
