Takealot refusing to process refund!

I am most unhappy about the return logged on 15/03. To date. after SEVERAL emails, Takealot has yet to process the refund. This has taken much longer than their 3-5 day policy! Absolutely ridiculous service... and I’m getting seriously cheesed off with the endless ****** excuses!!!
