Takealot refusing refund and putting our health at risk

I bought organix weight loss pills a month back, as I opened the package to consume I noted the inside was different from the normal one, but I didn’t pay much attention to it, consumed about 2 since I had another pack which is the original pack I focused on finishing off that pack, then now I decided to actually start with the other pack I noted even the other side packaging something just looks different. I then decided to compare with the original pack and boom, a duplicate, including the consumption intake is incorrect, the colours used not noticeable but are a bit off. I am then told I cannot return the item. I am even more concerned about our health as we buy from Takealot while there is a duplication of products. How much more people have consumed these duplicates? How is the company being held accountable
