Takealot refusing refund

Firstly Takealot concluded my refund without refunding me, I requested a refund into my account I then called Takealot and was told I would be contacted to supply my bank details which never happened... I then received an email to say my query had been closed and to rate the service(still not refund) don't know how I was expected to rate a service which I never received. I then mailed them and I was refused a refund into my account and was given a coupon instead which expires on 23rd January 2023 tried to fight this but I was still refused a refund into my account (due to the fact that I used a first time buy voucher) irrespective of the fact that I paid in cash for my order. I then used R30 of my coupon of R198 only to find out after trying to order something else with the same coupon that my coupon had now been forfeited as I was only allowed to use this once! I then mailed Takealot to send me a new coupon with the balance and I was refused. This is absolutely ridiculous as Takealot is refusing to give what is due to me as a customer. After countless issues the least they could do is give me a new coupon with the balance.
