Takealot refuses to take back the junk they sent me!

They would not accept my return on poor quality products that did not work as promised. The blender did not chop already cut apples. The mixer did not mix because the spindles were designed too high above a mixture. They didn't even give me credit for the *******. Rather just go into a shop and see the product before you buy. I spent thousands online and now I realize I was lucky that I only had this experience now. I will never use takealot again. Smooth refund is a lie!
