Takealot refuses to refund money on Defective fridge

Bought new KIC fridge. Was delivered. After 2 days realized it wasn't cooling and thus defective. Takealot collected the fridge. Informed me then that fridge has dent and therfore cannot accommodate the return. I informed then that the dent was not there when it was collected, besides it has nothing to do with the warranty of the fridge and the fact that it is not working. The dent was probably caused by handling of the courier company. Takealot wants to now return the fridge to me. What am I suppose to do with a defective fridge ? They have not even tested the fridge to confirm the defect. The dent is now apparently an excuse for them not to honor their so-called return policy. Extremely disappointed in this company
