Takealot refuses to refund me

I requested a return of an item. First notification for collection was 29 October 2022,. After a few notifications they still haven't collected the item. They even **** about coming to my residence and attempting to collect the item. When I asked for proof that some1 did attempt to collect the item, they failed to provide it Almost a week later they've made no attempt to collect the parcel Basically they are refusing to refund me by not collecting the item
