TAKEALOT REFUSES TO REFUND

Good Day I am extremely not happy with the returns response from Takealot. I bought a pair of sports spectacles with a magnifying lens for my son as a xmas gift. when he tried it on he said the objects are not clearly visible. I stored it away until I got back to work to return the specs. Takealot refuses to refund the specs. According to them there are finger marks on the lens which makes the specs second hand and damaged. This is unacceptable as the specs was never worn. To me damaged goods is scratches on lens or chips or something. It seems that with all returns they look for all kinds of excuses not to refund clients. By the way cricket season has not even started how could the specialised specs be worn
