Takealot refuses to help

I ordered an ice maker for my holiday in hazy view for the heat and had it sent to hazy view. It was not the product I ordered and they refused to help me replace the product while on holiday, the reason I bought it. Takealot, like many big companies, make the problem the clients, and refuse to help them, they just reply with a "I'm sorry". I've been put at a disadvantage, and takealot refuses to help. When I ask to speak to a manager, it just conveniently rings and rings and no one answers.
