Takealot refuses to give me what I paid for

Takealot has sent me the incorrect order. They advised that I need to wait for it to arrive, and then I need to log a return, and then I may choose the correct item to order again. I didn't mind the long process, because it is stated on their rules.

After returning my order, they again send me the incorrect order. I followed takealot's rules but they dont follow their own rules. I immediately email takealot for this, and notify them that they are about to send me the incorrect order again, but all they tell me is that I need to wait to receive the order again, and log for a return again !!!!!!

This does not even make sense !!! we are just going around in circles. I cant comprehend the stupidity here.
