Takealot refuses to exchange a faulty Trendy Taps tap that is leaking

I bought a Trendy Taps kitchen tap for R2700. 4 months after installation, it started leaking damaging my newly installed kitchen cabinets. I took out the faulty party that was causing the leak and returned it to Takealot. The rest of the parts are hard to uninstall because of the cabinets and sink. Takealot refuses to replace the damaged parts. Uninstalling the whole tap will cost me a lot of money as I will have to get a plumber to uninstall and likely cause a damage to my cabinets. I have explained this so many times. I have not received help. It’s been over 2 months without a tap in the kitchen after spending money on an expensive Trendy Taps tap that did not last more than 4 months
