TakeAlot refuses to credit equipment.

I bought EZViz cameras and a recorder from Takealot. Both cameras are defective and I've returned them for credit.

Now Takealot refuses to refund me for the recorder, that's rendered useless because I don't have Ezviz cameras, because I can't prove it's defective.

So I'm out of money, for buying defective products on Takealot.
