Takealot refuses to comply with advertised offer

Takealot sent me an email stating they would give me a voucher for R200 if I made a purchase of R450 or more between 1 August 2019 and end September 2019 using my VISA card. I comp**** with the terms and now they refuse to provide the R200 voucher
