Takealot refuses to collect returns and refund moneys due after advertising the product as something it is not.

Takealot has been good at delivering orders, but they are terrible at taking returns. I purchased an mp4 player from them (which arrived within 2 days) but I have now been trying for 8 days to have them collect the return that was requested the day after the delivery. Each day an sms to say that collection has been cancelled and even though they have delivered 2 other deliveries to my home during this time - they make no effort to collect the return or refund me. Don't even try phoning because they have no one on the other end of the line. So, now I seem to be stuck with an mp4 player that will not upload any format of video at all - and guess what, the item is no longer available on their website and my tracking of the return advised that I cancelled the return request, which I did not. Nothing worse than a good customer being ignored and being stuck with a product they cannot use as advertised.
