Takealot Refused to take back damage item

Good Day,

I’m not happy with the service and return department at takealot.

I have requested that they take back a unit that is unused and not even taken out of the box.

The item was purchased a month ago.

This is the second item they refused to take back.

The first was a computer screen that was faulty as well.

Pathetic service and attitude from takealot.

Will not use takealot again
