Takealot refused my refund on items returned that they sent to me

On the 24th of October 2024, I bought a Kreepy Krauly Bullshark Pro Machine Pack, and according to the reviews this was the best kreepy krauly to buy. When I received it, It only had three items in it. The kreepy Krauly, the rubber part and an extra pipe. All items were loose in the box, not even packaged in plastic. I tested this in our pool, and it didn't work at all. I immediately logged a return, and my husband took it back to the closest pick up point in Centurion. Today, I received an e-mail from Takealot saying that all parts were not in the box, and the return was declined! How on earth does a place like takealot come up with this, is beyond me. I have returned many items bought from them, the same way I have received it, and today I get this response! Be warned anyone buying from this company! It seems not only do they sent incomplete pieces, they also do not do what they advertise, and choose the refunds they want to do!

I will definitely not be buying from them at all! They are *******, and people should not support them!
