Takealot refuse to refund or exchange item purchase online.

I am happy with the delivery service of the product with no doubt.

with the product itself i am very disappointed. 1st it was not a full curve tempered glass as per the description. 2nd the screen chipped a few days later with a small chip on top , and this with a bunch of keys in my pocket and could not believe it my old screen guard survived the keys , without any chips and scratches, this to me is not the right product that was supp**** and i require a refund or either the correct product to be supp**** to me, I logged a complain and the takealot agent told me that it cannot be changed as I already oped the package, now tell me how can you make sure if it is the right item , if you cannot open the item to make sure it is the right item , will anything ever be exchanged via takealot if you cannot open the package, this is a online shop not a physical shop you go to to make sure when you have the item in you hand before you buy the item, I require some feedback from takealot as soon as possible.
