Takealot refuse to refund

Worse company ever. Delivered my order with half of the items missing. Request them to deliver the missing items. They asked me to scan the bar code of the missing items. What a joke. Then they demand to come and collect the missing items. I gave them the items that I did receive. They come and collect it, but for a week they come ever day to collect the items that I already returned. They said they didn't receive any items and I must proof it. Luckily for me we have great security and I could provide video footage. Now they refuse to refund the enite order of over R1000, because I did receive the order. I am done with this company.
