Takealot refuse after sale service after product no longer work

I purchased a product via takealot which shortly stopped working after warenty expired. Before I was able to contact then to ask for the suppliers details to assist with repair. The refuse to assist me in any way. It is not a product that was supposed to barely work for longer than a year. For me Takealot was my supplier and no they refuse to assist me
