Takealot refusal to correct their mistake

bought a Huawei P40 pro from Takealot on the. I received the package on 24 November only to realise it is not the product I ordered. I received a **** smart watch where the watch ID sticker had been covered by another one with the Huawei phones description. I’ve contacted Takealot and informed them about the issue and they refused to send the correct product as it is out of stock (and the original ad has been removed from their website), ignoring the root of the problem that this was possibly *****. I’ve contacted Takealot numerous times and each time they claim it is not their fault nor their responsibility to replace the wrong shipped product. I indicated I want a replacement but since then they ignored my request and refunded my money to close the case.
