Takealot refunds sucks

I ordered a Item (R299) plus R75 for delivery. Within 15 minuites, I decided to cancell. Takealot accepted the cancelation and refunded me (R299) not the shipping cost. this Order wasnt even processed or shipped but they didnt refund the shipping
