TakeAlot Refunds are Pathetic.

I bought a product online which was faulty.I couldnt find any phone nr or email to get in contact with them to assist me with refund.Eventually their couriers promised to collect the parcel at my house,but after 3 times they didnt pitch up for collection i went to their krugersdorp collection depot.I gave my enclosed package to them with RRN-SFB1-408B but after 2 weeks not hearing from TakeAlot i dont know how i am going to get my money back for a broken electronics i bought from them as there are no contact info whatsoever for them.
