Takealot refunds are a ****

I ordered 7 units of shoe storage boxes. I returned it the day after delivery, unopened. I took photos and have proof of the number of units i send back. They dont want to pay me back my money. They payed for 5 units, not even close to the amount i payed for it. I have talked to four representatives and they all say they will escalate the case but no one replies.
