Takealot refunded short money

I’ve returned 5 items for order #*** that is amounting R1772.00,with return ref #RRN-SVJOB-GKWN,the return was processed but i was refunded R1423.00,which is R349.00 short. I’ve sent the email to let them know that my money is short and Olwetu.N responded that the return is processed. Can i have my money please,why is my money short to start with?
