Takealot Refunded R236 instead of the R805 their goods cost

takealot gave me R250 first time buyers coupon. I decided to buy a cell phone for R1499 as I needed to buy for more than R500 to redeem the coupon. While buying my cellphone I decided to add gearlock R319, steering lock R219 and tx box for R486 all 3 did not qualify for me to redeem the R250 coupon as they were less than R500 each. So because of the cell phone Purchase I managed to claim the R250 coupon. 3 days after receiving my delivery I request a refund on the gearlock and smart box as they were not what i needed. Takealot successfully collects the 2 items but only refunds R236 for both items. So they collected items for R805 and only refunds R236. So now I must pay R569 for items I don't have and when I ask them to return it. I would rather sell them myself and pay the full R805 the lady Tracy says the items are in good condition they are in their warehouse and will be resold. So you collect items in good gondition so u can sell again but you don't refund me my full Purchase or give them back to me as you are forcing me to pay for them. What kind of day light robery is this?
