Takealot Refund / Service at pick up point

Hi,

I visited Takealot pick up point Kathu today what a disgrace. 3 people helped me including the manager non of them knew their return policy. The 2 males that helped me could not give me an answer and they just walked away leave me standing there to be helped, "great customer service". The one left the shop and the other one just disappeared. I think for 2 males to leave a new employee to sort things out is just not right. The lady that helped me actually tried to help me even if she is still getting used to the ins and outs of the company because she is new.

We tried to Refund because the stuff we ordered were broken twice. I had an issue with the Refund they did because on the app they ask how to be refunded. So we chose refund with original payment method and they just wanted to collect without refunding money (So if they refund with original payment method it is supposed to be cash because we always pay cash). There is people who does not want everybody to know their banking details for safety reasons, that is why we pay cash. Now they want to refund the money into our Bank account or on our profile, so now we are forced to use Takealot again. I do not think that I will ever use Takealot again after the "great" service I received today.
