Takealot refund ****

What h out for Takealot promises. I bought something which was totally different to what I believed it was. I requested a return the very same day it was delivered. I also requested a refund.

BUT NO - TAKEALOT IN THEIR WISDOM BELIEVE A REFUND IS NOT THE CORRECT METHOD!
