Takealot refund process needs serious attention

I ordered a treadmill on the 3rd December and it was delivered on the 5th. When I tried to assemble it the machine was faulty and I lodged a return on the 5th for a full refund. It took TakeALot 2 weeks to collect the treadmill beacse thwy kept sending people with cars to collect the treadmill. Bear in mind that this needs 2 people to carry and won't fit in a car. Eventually they send people to collect but instead of giving me my money back they wated to replace it. I informed TakeALot taht I would like a refund and they gave me a TakeALit credit. I don't want that credit..I don't want to deal with them anymore . Now they are dragging their feet to process thw rund to my card. This service is horrible and should be reported to the NCC. Its almost 21days later with no refund
