TAKEALOT REFUND ORDERS

I requested for a refunded exchange on my product on the 8th of February and was told I would receive between 5 working days. Today is the 20th and no package delivered to date. I’m very displeased as I’m not even receiving any feedback regarding my package which is basically money lost. Please assist me with this problem
