Takealot refund of 3-5 business days which is null in void

My return was collected on the 28th August and the refund request was done on the 30th August. I called to follow on Wednesday and was told to wait for 5 business days . Today is the 6th business day and still no.payment was made. I call again and I'm told they are awaiting for finance. 3-5 business days has lapsed and no one knows why I'm not getting my refund.
