Takealot refund not processed in 3 months

I have returned a product in October 2025 and contacted Takealot several times (via email and telephone), I spoke to multiple agents and received false promises that my credit will be processed. Takealot does not take their customers seriously and this feels like theft that i returned a product and i still dont have my money back. Takealot, please improve your client experience and adhere to turnaround times.
