Takealot - Refund not credited

I purchased a light fitting(order ***) - which advertised that it came with free bulbs. It arrived with no bulbs --- I was happy with light fitting and asked if they could just sent the bulbs. Apparently this cannot be done- the order has be be returned. Which I did. They said they would replace the order (order ***)--- it arrived - still no bulbs - so I sent it back for the 2nd time. I then placed the order again - not using the credit of above - Order *** --- of which they could not supply 2 items - so have been credited with amount of R480 - BUT I still have not been credited for the light fitting. I have emailed several times --- and the emails have been opened and read --- BUT HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE
