Takealot refund mess up

I'm having my 1st ever bad experience with takealot,, I bought a gold sniper that was faulty, I returned it and opted for a refund,, on my account its saying return concluded. The funds was EFT on the 23rd of November,, but it's not showing in my account. I called them its been 3 days them saying they will escalate the matter with finance to send me proof of payment,,, but to my surprise when I called again today for the 4th time,, someone I spoke to 3days ago asked finance for proof of payment they said they will get back to him, he requested 2nd time no response meaning the money was never paid back into the account,, cos why no response. I even called my bank and no payment was ever made from takealot. I'm so angry now, I'm wasting money on airtime to call them, they aren't responding to emails. There customer service sucks, imagine when you pay for an item its instant but I refund takes more than 7 working days. They just don't care at all.
