Takealot refund me

Takealot gave me airpods instead of a soundbar. i logged a return immediately. wrong item was collected on the 31st of August @around 1pm, an hour later got a msg saying collection has been scheduled for the 4th of September tried to call them was told it was a third party issue. there is no communication what so ever from their side and when i do call i'm not given any clear answers. the 4th came, status on app says collection has been scheduled for 7 September ..mind you wrong item was collected from me last week monday already. Takealot is doing me dirty on this one, all i want is my money back the least they could do is send communication😡😡😡😡 i'm never buying never buying anything from them ever
