Takealot refund

I ordered items on takealot on 24 Nov 2025, I opted for the following day delivery. They did not deliver. I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. They send an email on 26 November says they have approved my refund, it has been processed. Till today, I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted them, they stick to the fact that they have refunded me, ai must check with my bank. My bank responded to them that there is no refund on my bank account. The bank asked for authorisation code, they haven't responded.

Please assist me to get my refund.
