Takealot recklessness and poor customer services

I ordered 3 items from Takealot one the items was an alcohol bottle on the 9th of July, my order wa s scheduled for delivery by 13 July but due to sale of alcohol being suspended on the 12 of July takealot took a decision to cancel my order without informing me, for the alcohol i understand what i don't understand is why the two other non alcohol items were canceled without my concern, i had already paid and made plans to use them.

Takealot should have canceled alcohol only and delivered the remainder of my purchased items, i need takealot team to have a look at my case because one of the items i bought was R2999 now its R3999 so how will i purchase it again?
