Takealot really took a lot !!!

I placed an order on the 20th of November 2017 and one of my items took days to be shipped to takealots warehouse because it was out of stock which I understood but now they keeping my parcel at their courier facility meaning I still have to wait days again . it's inconveniencing me as I have to leave town on the day they want to deliver. I want my parcel today or tomorrow!!
