TakeALot really does take TAKE A LOT

These people clearly rob people out their money....

I bought a mirror shoe cabinet from their site, firstly I had to beg them to deliver an item I paid for, when I did eventually receive my order the mirror was broken. I requested a return on the cabinet on the 02/01/2019 and to date (16/01/2019) they have not collected. They have however given countless excuses as to why they’ve not collected. From it being their couriers fault to me not answering my phone, I gave them my husband’s number and guess what? He to wasn’t answering and thus them not collecting. I have never dealt with such in competence and unprofessionalism.
