Takealot really disappoint

With the festive season upon us, I ordered a meat slicer which was on special ~ still part of their black Friday sales. Firstly, the wrong product was delivered, and then, after I logged a return, they came to fetch it. Dealing with the returns department was refreshing with no hiccups. Of course, the meat slicer was not on a special anymore, as that particular one was not in stock, so I ordered the next slicer, which was about R1000 more expensive. I received it, the 500W Stainless Steel Food Slicer Machine, is such a load of *******. Firstly, there is no catchment tray for your slices, it falls all over the controls, but the only thing that you can wash is the detachable blade. If you slice any medium roast/fillet, the meat juices runs in under the controls at the back and you cannot clean it unless you take the complete machine apart. We are totally disappointment, and you cannot even log a return on this product, because it was used. How are we suppose to know how it works, or slice, without using it? The photos of the product also just shows you what they want you to see.

In future, I will rather try and find a store to look at something from all angles before I spend this kind of money. I feel ******!
