TAKEALOT REALLY BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I bought a glass kettle 22 may 2023 and for the last month it was giving electrical problems than it works then it does not,so last week while boiling water it exploded into pieces ,and it is still under warranty and they declinded my return got no reason and to top it all off ,yesterday i placed and order for 4 items now one got refunded due to NO STOCK but the app shows stock and next day delivery,this is so BAD SERVICE and you cant even call them and i dont want my order if i cant get all 4 items
