Takealot? Rather take none!

Worst service ever I received from Takealot! 5-7 days turned out to be 12 days now already. Should have received my parcel yesterday between 9 and 5pm as I received a sms and it showed on my profile that it was out for delivery. Waited the whole day for it! Even after 5pm I still had hope. They tried to deliver it 19:17 yesterday!! I wasn't home and then received a mail to say deliver failed due to me not being available. I mean really!! After 5pm!! Nobody even phoned to say it will be later after 5. I had to reschedule for today, so lets hope the stupid courier company can adhere to time this time! Really irritated!
