Takealot quick to take money, wait forever for refund.

Bought a R6000 sofa. TWICE!!! incorrectly delivered, only one box out of two delivered. We have been dealing with this nonsense since 12 August. After multiple back on forth i have still not recieved my refund. Since 4 september they have been "investigating" the claim. There is nothing to investigate! Return our money. Takealot is seriously going downhill. I will not purchase from them again.
