Takealot quality of service has declined terribly.

Ordered 3 items - one is fine. The other was a watch with no charger. The third was a box of empty air instead of what I ordered and paid for. Takealot has really gone downhill. Their service is so bad now that they should rather send you the stuff before you pay and then you pay for what you actually get. There is also no easy to find place to lodge complaints.
