takealot ****py service

I ordered 2 items from takealot which delivery was planned for 30th August 2023 the items were gsm gate modules which i think was R850 each and paid for. On the 30th i received my package which i opened to find a food grater (R100 item). I requested a return and received 1 of my correct items about a week later. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to takealot and up until today 1 and a half months later i still havent received my order again which was paid for! I request to speak to a manager and apparently managers arent available to speak to. I asked them for a managers email and they just say they are escalating my query and again forgotten until i ask for updates!!!!!! It is the most **** service i ever received. It is simple the warehouse staff swapped the labels of my package with another customers. I want my item!!
